Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Shipping Information

Where do you ship to?
  • Street addresses, P.O. Boxes, and Military APO/FPO addresses
  • All 50 states, including the District of Columbia
  • Special shipping can be arranged. Please send inquiries to info@bissellpetfoundation.org

Please note we are unable to expedite shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, therefore a physical address is needed.

How long should I expect for shipping and processing time?

We do our best to get your order processed and in the mail to you ASAP!

  • Orders placed before 11:59 am EST on a business day will ship the same day
  • Orders placed after 11:59 am EST on a business day will ship the following business day
  • Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be shipped the following business day
  • Standard Shipping: Orders placed using our shipping service will ship via the US Postal Service priority or first class mail (depending on package size). Shipping time is generally 2-3 days.

Our goal at BISSELL Pet Foundation is to make you happy through the purchase process. If you need your order overnighted or need any other special accommodations, please let us know before placing your order and we will do our best to make it work. We are happy when you are happy!

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept exchanges for full-price merchandise that has not been worn, altered, used, or washed. For a full refund, returns must be received within 30 days of the shipping date. Returns received between 31 and 90 days after the shipping date will be issued an e-gift certificate for the purchase price, redeemable exclusively at shop.bissellpetfoundation.org.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item from shop.bissellpetfoundation.org, please notify us within 14 days of receipt, and we will gladly replace it or provide a full refund at no cost to you.

Do you offer exchanges?

At BISSELL Pet Foundation, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer 100% free exchanges! If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, simply email us at info@bissellpetfoundation.com, and we’ll send your replacement right away. The only cost to you is the return shipping for your original item.
